Baby Sis has ARRIVED!

My sister has arrived. Meet Preslie Zora Parrott. She was born on Tuesday, December 21st at 11:44am. She is 6lbs. 15oz, 20 1/2 inches long, and a 13 3/4 inch head. I LOVE to hold her and give her kisses. I even thought it would be nice to get her a prize for Christmas. She told me she wanted 2 blue trucks for Christmas. I told Dad we must go to Toys R Us for her present.

Merry Christmas to ALL!

Ho, ho, Ho! Merry Christmas! Peace, love and joy to all. I just love Christmas time. Everything about it: Jesus Birthday, Santa, Christmas lights, COOKIES, presents and the coming of my baby sister. Baby sis is going to arrive on Tuesday I think. I just got a new watch so I will be able to keep track of what time she's born too! Here I am at my mom's work party with Santa and Mrs. Claus. I told him I would like some trains. He said, "Ho, ho, ho!"

Mom, Dad and I made Christmas cookies too. Boy, I love to eat them. Baking them is okay but eating them is my favorite part.

This is my snowman Wally. Mom and I are very proud of him. He did melt a little in the sun but I still call the mound of snow Wally. I look forward to making him BIG again.
Dad, Grandma and I worked on a special surprise for my mom and Baby Sis. We painted this phrase on the wall. It was from a song that Mommy and Daddy liked written for a little girl. Mommy LOVED our surprise.

Well, it may be snowing outside but I'm gearing up for swimming time already. I enjoy strapping my frog float on and jumping into the carpet like it was a puddle. Mom and Dad took me swimming indoors at the Y. It was so cool. I want to go back again tonight but they said I have to wait until another day.
Keep warm. Merry Christmas! Snuggle with the ones you love. If you're looking for a great movie to watch over the holiday, I suggest Polar Express OR Incredibles. If you watch Incredibles, you will see clips of me running through the woods. I like to be called "Dash" when I'm in my superhero costume.

TGiving and Xmas preparations

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you all had a great holiday. I did of course. I got to play with all these kids and eat yummy food too!

Dad likes to be my canvas. I decorated his face with stickers. I think he looks awesome!

Baby Sis is coming soon they tell me. My mom is getting a big belly so I figure something must be going on. I guess I'm excited to find out what's been growing in there. She better be cool and like to play trains.

We got to visit the zoo in the dark. It was super cool! They had tons of Christmas lights, an area to make ornaments and decorate cookies too!

I got to help Dad chop down our very first, real Christmas tree. I was a master of the saw! We also got to go on a tractor ride. What a fabulous experience.

Some other updates...I'm still working on the potty thing. I like to go but only when I feel like it. I'm still a fan of the diaper:). I go to bed on my own sometimes without anyone lying with me or bouncing me. I know how to count and I know my colors. I have quite the personality that sometimes gets me in trouble. I occasionally spend some time in the time-out chair. Otherwise, I love to cuddle, watch movies, and play "tackle" with my dad.

Hope you enjoy the snow out there! I'm headed out to build a snowman, I hope!

Fall is Flying By...

Hey Guys! Hope you're doing well. I have been so busy this fall I can barely keep up somedays...even with a nap. I loved fall this year and proved to be an extreme help in the yard. I raked leaves, bagged them up and even got to work with a leaf blower!!!! Super fun! Halloween was extremely exciting. I got to Trick or Treat at a church and in my neighborhood. It was a blast! I dressed up like a cheeseburger...everyone seemed to think I was pretty cool. Check out my pics below. We had a photo shoot with our family of 4! Check out how big Baby Sis is getting.

Dad and I were playing dress up with wigs. I think I look like a rock star for sure! Your thoughts?

Hope to keep you updated more often. Stay tuned for the latest happenings. Oh, if you haven't seen Toy Story 3, you better check it out. I LOVE it!

End of Summer

End of summer is always bittersweet. Daddy goes back to work again :( but football begins along with the nice fall weather. Before school started for Dad, I got to go to the Toledo Zoo with my friends Bennett and Avah. We had lots of fun with the animals that day. Following the trip to the zoo we all went to the Toledo Mudhens game. Super fun!!!! I love the music and the action that comes with sports. I almost got to hit a beachball before the angry man took it away from the crowd.

We celebrated Mom's birthday. Man, I love birthdays and all the goodies and singing that come with it. I can sing the Happy Birthday song and blow out the candles. I can be hired for any future parties, just call me or my mom to schedule.

Things are going well in my world. I seem to think I know best these days and can be very convincing when I want my way. I always offer the option of "maybe later" when my parents say "no". I am really getting excited about my baby sis. I tell her good morning and hello almost every day. I can't wait for her to come out and play with my semi-truck and superman guy.

Happy Birthday to my cousin Ella and Poppy! I know there are tons more September birthdays to come too! Happy birthday September babies:) Muah! I love to give kisses!

JCF, Amtrak and Mackinac Island

I just got back from vacation up north too. We went to Mackinaw City and Island. It was so much fun to stay at a hotel on the beach. I liked to scare the seagulls by chasing them and jump in the waves. Dad and I spent lots of time throwing rocks into the water too. I completed my fascination with moving objects by riding a boat. Though I was confused and called it a train when I heard the horn blow, it was really fun. I also loved my travels in the car thanks to the portable DVD player. I got to watch Cars and Mickey until I couldn't stand it!!! Ahh...nothing better than Cars, my blank, and my paci. Life is good!

Summer has been so relaxing and enjoyable with mom and dad around so much that I forget to blog on schedule. This month has been a blast! I had a chance to mingle with the folks at the Jackson County Fair and take my first Train Ride. I was pumped once I heard that we were actually going to ride on the train and not just watch it go by. I am fascinated by trains and I am an avid collector of the Thomas the Train set.

Yee Haw!
Have a great week~B
